Shelley is a Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker who brings a wealth of experience and compassion to her work with adolescents, teens, adults, and families navigating the challenges of alcohol and substance abuse, as well as PTSD and Trauma. With many years of hands-on experience, Shelley has honed her expertise while working extensively at a local treatment program, where she helped countless clients heal and find hope. She has a deep understanding of how trauma and addiction impacts relationships and personal well-being. Combining that with her empathetic and strengths-based approach, empowers her clients to reclaim their lives. Shelley is passionate about helping her clients discover their resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and build meaningful connections.
Shelley takes a personalized, non-judgmental approach, meeting her clients where they are and guiding them toward lasting change. If you’re struggling with addiction, PTSD, healing from traumatic events, facing family challenging dynamics, or seeking personal growth, Shelley provides a safe space to talk, heal and rebuild. Shelley works with Aetna insurance and she also works with Victims of Crime cases through CalVCB, ensuring greater access to care for those who need it.

We also collaborate with Julia Cruz, PMHNP-BC, who provides medication management and accepts insurance while working directly from our office.
