Janelle Morrow

Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #157919,
Supervised by Camille Black, LMFT

Janelle Morrow, AMFT, brings both clinical insight and real-world experience to her work with children, adolescents, and adults. She has supported clients navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, emotional regulation challenges, behavioral patterns, motivation difficulties, trauma-related concerns, and life transitions.

Janelle’s approach is collaborative and supportive, with a strong focus on helping clients feel understood while also building practical skills they can use in everyday life. She integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed skills, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based strategies. Her work emphasizes increasing self-awareness, strengthening coping tools, and helping clients make meaningful, sustainable changes over time.

She has extensive experience providing individual and group therapy in school-based settings, where she helps students develop emotional regulation skills, improve communication, and better understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Janelle is especially skilled at working with clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, and she supports them in building clarity and confidence step by step.

With a background in both mental health and medical settings as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, Janelle brings a deep understanding of behavioral health from multiple angles, including crisis support and interdisciplinary care. This experience informs her steady, compassionate presence and her ability to stay grounded with clients during difficult moments.

Janelle works to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered to explore challenges while building the tools they need to thrive in their daily lives.

She is available to see clients in-person or virtually and is in network with Aetna and Victims of Crime.
