Our team includes both licensed clinicians and associate clinicians who are supervised by experienced licensed professionals. This structure allows us to offer high-quality therapy services at reduced rates and through insurance, making support more attainable for individuals, couples, and families.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual therapy provides a supportive, confidential space to explore thoughts, emotions, and life challenges with a trained clinician. Our therapists work with children, teens, and adults, helping clients develop tools to navigate stress, relationships, life transitions, and emotional wellbeing. Together, we focus on building insight, resilience, and meaningful growth.
COUPLES THERAPY
Couples therapy helps partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and navigate challenges within their relationship. Our clinicians work with adult couples to create a safe environment where both partners can feel heard while learning healthier ways to connect, resolve conflict, and grow together.
FAMILY THERAPY
Family therapy focuses on improving communication, understanding, and connection within the family system. Sessions provide a space for family members to work through challenges together, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier patterns that support the wellbeing of the entire family.
MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
Medication management provides psychiatric evaluation and ongoing support to determine whether medication may be a helpful part of your mental health care. Our collaborating provider, Julia Cruz, PMHNP-BC, works closely with clients to assess needs, monitor progress, and ensure medications are used safely and effectively as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. VISIT OUR PARENT COMPANY FOR MORE SUPPORT
We are currently in-network with Aetna, Medicare, and Victims of Crime, and will soon be in-network with Blue Shield, Anthem, and Cigna. We also collaborate with Julia Cruz, PMHNP-BC, who provides medication management and accepts insurance while working directly from our office. At Pathways by Engage, we are dedicated to helping people find a pathway toward healing, connection, and lasting wellbeing.
