About Linda
Linda Bernson-Tang is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with women, couples, teens, and young adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family conflict. When relationships are strained by stress, loss, grief, parenting demands, or unexpected life transitions, it is easy to feel overwhelmed and unsure of how to move forward. She offers a safe and compassionate space where clients can work through difficult emotions, understand the stories that have shaped them, strengthen their relationships, and build practical coping tools. Her clients leave better equipped to face life's challenges with confidence, resilience, and hope.
Linda draws on play therapy, expressive arts, CBT, and narrative therapy, and she tailors her work to each client so they can build on their strengths and develop healthier ways of coping. She sees emotions as meaningful responses to lived experience, and does not believe they need to be judged or defended. Linda meets each client's story with compassion, curiosity, and sensitivity so that clients feel heard and supported. From there, she and her clients explore what lies beneath the surface and work toward insight, healing, and lasting change.
