About Hailey

Hailey O’Brien is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who brings warmth, authenticity, and a deep commitment to meeting clients exactly where they are. She works with children, teens, young adult women, couples, parents, and families, offering a space that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and genuinely collaborative. Much of Hailey’s clinical experience has been built working with children and adolescents, and that foundation informs everything she does.

She understands how early experiences shape the emotional patterns, beliefs, and relational habits that follow us into adulthood, which makes her especially attuned when working with young adult women navigating anxiety, identity, relationships, or the kind of stress that’s hard to name but impossible to ignore. She also brings that same depth of understanding to her work with parents and couples, recognizing how much of what surfaces in our closest relationships traces back to where we started. Hailey’s approach is person-centered and strengths-based, drawing from cognitive-behavioral and trauma-informed frameworks.

She works with clients presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder, and has extensive experience providing crisis support and evidence-based interventions in school-based settings through the School District. Hailey sees clients in person or virtually and accepts self-pay, Anthem, Aetna, Blue Shield, Cigna, and Victims of Crime.
